When you place an order to purchase a product from @lora, we will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of your order. Your order represents a confirmed contract with us. |

@lora is a secure site. We use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, the industry standard for secure online commercial transactions. SSL encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address.
@lora is committed to your online privacy. We do not provide your personal information to any third parties, or use it for any purposes other than your transactions on @lora. We may aggregate your purchase history with similar information from other customers to create features such as “Top Sellers” and “You May Also Like.” |

Shipping |
|
@lora will ship your order to almost any location in the world. Orders are shipped within 10-21 business days from order confirmation, depending on the “Ships within” details under “General Information” on each product page.
Packages shipped by EMS should arrive within 4-8 business days from shipping date, depending on the EMS policies for each country.
We do not ship on Saturdays or Jewish Holidays.

If your order has not arrived a week after the timeline outlined above, please let us know. You can send an email by replying to your order confirmation, or through the Contact Us page. We will do everything we can to trace the package and ensure its swift arrival. |

Insurance |
|
You may insure shipments of $100 and over at a rate of 3% of the total order price (not including shipping and handling).
We cannot take responsibility for any personal or third party losses if the shipping is uninsured. |

The customer is responsible for any import duties or taxes that may be imposed on international orders. |

Return Policy |
|
The products we sell are handmade. So the item you receive will be similar but may not be identical to the product image on the @lora site. In the rare case of a significant difference, we will send you an image of the actual item in order to receive your approval before shipping the item. Your payment will be refunded if you decide not to accept the item.
Although every effort is made to ensure accurate dimensions and weights, the figures shown should be treated as approximate. Customers must notify us within 48 hours of receipt if the item is unsatisfactory because it differs from the description provided on the site.
To make a return, please notify us by sending an email within three days of receipt explaining why you wish to return the item. If we authorize the return, you must send the item back to us within five business days of the authorization in order to receive a refund. Items must be returned in their original condition, and sent by insured registered mail, packed well to prevent damage. On receipt of the item, we will refund the total price you paid, excluding shipping and insurance costs. |
